Warranty Policies about Repair & Replacement


We offer a Lifetime Warranty on our Moissanite Center Stones!

You will not have to pay a replacement fee for the first 2 replacements of the moissanite center stone!
For more than 2 replacements, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee!

When you receive our ring/ jewelry LESS THAN 3 Months 【Any quality problems, please be sure to provide us with pictures or video evidence】:

a. When your ring has dropped the center stone, we will replace it for you 2 times free of charge, you don't need to pay for the replacement!

b. When your ring has dropped the side stones, we can send you the replacement side stones free of charge so that you can contact an offline jeweler or online professional jeweler locally for resetting!

We will also subsidize the cost of re-inlaying your ring depending on the number of stones that have fallen out!

c. When the ring band has been scratched & discolored & deformed, we can replace it 2 times at no charge to you, and you don't have to pay for the replacement!

d. When the gemstones in your ring have unsuitable color & clarity & inclusions, we can help you replace it 1 time free of charge, you do not need to pay the exchange fee!


When you receive our ring/ jewelry MORE THAN 3 Months 【Any quality problems, please be sure to provide us with pictures or video evidence】:

1. When your ring appears to fall off the center stone, ring band appears to scratch & color loss & deformation of the situation, we will help you replace 1 time free of charge!
You need to pay us extra for the shipping fee after the extra 1 time!

2. When your ring has dropped the side stones, we can re-send you some replacement side stones so that you can contact an offline jewelry store or online professional jeweler locally for resetting!
However, you will need to pay us extra for the shipping cost!

3. When the gemstones in your ring have unsuitable color & clarity & inclusions, we can replace them for you!
And you need to pay extra to us for the shipping cost!

For Customers within the United States will charge a shipping fee of $20, and the shipping time is 7-10 working days.
For Customers outside the United States, we will charge a shipping fee of $30, and the shipping time is 10-15 working days.

Or you can send the ring/ jewelry back to us to fix, we'll charge for the repairment and handeling accordingly, and you need to bear the shipping cost yourself.

Cancellation Policies

All made-to-order items will be sent to production within 12 hours after we receive the payment. Each made-to-order item is customized based on your own preference.
Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
Customized or engraved items and the rings with custom sizes will not be accepted for cancellation after 24 hours. 
Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order.
And we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Return Policies

Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days after receiving your item

  • All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
  • Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized by a company other than IRROYA may not be returned.
  • Returns showing signs of wear or have been damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
  • Packages without a authorization or packages that were refused for delivery will not be accepted for refund.
  • Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • International orders, clearance, select services and other items are not covered under our normal returns and guarantees policy.
  • Customized or engraved items and the rings with custom sizes  will not be accepted for return.
  • Returns without the Moissanite certificate (where applicable) are subject to 30% of your order for a replacement fee for each missing card.
  • IRROYA will deduct the shipping fee (this is the shipping fee we sent out to you, it varies depending on the country), and gift packaging charges ($20) from the refund.

PLEASE NOTE: IRROYA reserves the right to limit purchase activity or place limitations on returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous returns policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).

Note: We have different warehouses, please contact us for return address before shipping the packages back. 

 

How To Return An Order

Get The Nearest Return Address

Contact us at service@irroya.com to the nearest return address. Our Customer Service Representative will get back to you within 24 hours and will send the return address via email.

After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven (7) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PACKAGE. THAT IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS AND WILL AFFECT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.

 

Prepare Your Return

  • Include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including complimentary gift, the packing slip and any certificates (otherwise 30% of your order for replacement fee per certificate will be charged).
  • Enclose your item(s) inside the original jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order.
  • Write your Order Number (order number starts with #IRxxxx) on the outside of the package you are returning.
  • For security reasons, please refrain from writing jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.

If you need to return an item, you need to write the Order Number clearly on the label or the outside of the box. We cannot proceed with your request unless the Order Number is present and clear on your package and you have provided us with a tracking number via email at service@irroya.com

 

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at the local post office. Obtain a receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped as this receipt will act as proof of insurance. And send the tracking number or the receipt to service@irroya.com

IRROYA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.

 

Receipt and Inspection

Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item. Inspection time may take up to three (3) business days. Once the inspection is complete, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.Usually it may take 1-3 working days.

 

Refund

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@irroya.com.
